Tough to argue with those, maybe I would add Rome or Prague

Cities are so different at night. Notice only the best and biggest cities are known as being great at night, it gives you another feel and appreciation of the city. Take Paris for instance, is there a better city at night than the city of lights. I think not. Great list.
