Itchy Trigger Fingers

I always say that travel is the best thing that people can do for themselves because it gives you a chance to recharge and rediscover yourself. It can open your eyes to new and wonderful things and give you a lifetime of great memories. The worst part about a great trip is the build up and waiting before you go. I always get itchy trigger fingers and get really ancy to go. Especially if you have had a trip planned for a while and it doesn’t seem real yet; those last few weeks can be brutal and seem like they take forever.

I leave for my next trip in 2.5 weeks and I just can’t take the buildup anymore. It’s like you have to invent things to do to avoid thinking about how excited you are. I am especially excited because I am meeting up with two of my best friends who I don’t get to see too often. It’s a long way to Azerbaijan but right about now, Baku never looked so good.

  1. I know how you feel. I have itchy trigger fingers right now because I am going to Greece in 1 week and I cannot wait!

  2. I totally agree, I leave for my trip in 4 days!!!

  3. Wow, I have a whopping 6 – 7 months until Antarctica. I guess I’m only beginning the anticipation 🙂

But it will be my last continent before I’m 30…

  4. Thx Carrie, shoot me the pics from Antarctica when you get back
