Where is this monument? Here’s a hint, it’s located in a world capital. Please comment your guesses. I will post the correct answer later in the day. Good luck! It is Ashgabat, Turkmenistan. Ashgabat is a brand spanking new mostly white capital city where you can’t take pictures of many things and need an escort/guide to go pretty much anywhere including to restaurants!
