The Explorers in Residence program allows travelers to follow these intrepid adventurers on their expeditions to the most fascinating places in the modern world as they conduct research and accomplish exceptional feats of endurance. After the explorations are completed, Kensington Tours will offer the option of traveling alongside the Explorers on new and exciting journeys – the ultimate adventure.

Among the current Explorers are active members of The Royal Geographic Society and The Explorers’ Club, renowned documentarians, TV personalities, extreme athletes, intrepid journalists, and accomplished scholars. Journeys to the flaming crater of Darvaza in Turkmenistan, treks through the Himalayas along the “Route of Wind and Wool,” expeditions down the Ganges, and storm-chasing are a select few of the adventures making up the Explorers in Residence portfolio.
